Feel good:
Care team, Quiet Zone, room to change clothes and more

In addition to the packed workshop program, we want you – the participants – to feel good. This year we have a care team, quiet zone, a changing room and more.

code of conduct

This year we have a code of conduct that must be adhered to by all participants. It is important to us that the trans congress serves as a safer space. For this reason, each participant must sign the code when registering.

Care-Team

If someone feels uncomfortable or lost, you can contact the care team.

emergency phone number

During the whole daytime (Sa 7.00 – 19.00 and Sun 7.00 – 19.00) we have an emergency phone in case of any problems. The telephone number is printed on each name tag. Important: This number does not replace the normal emergency telephone numbers: 112, 144!

Water

There are water dispensers (with and without gas) which can be used free of charge. If you have your own returnable/glass bottles, bring them with you and use them.

Unisex Restrooms

All WCs on the first floor and half of the WCs on the ground floor are unisex WCs and can be used accordingly.

Quiet Zone

Like last year, we have a quiet zone where people can rest on sofas.

Room to change Clothes

If you want to change your clothes on-site, you will find a room for a disturbing-free change. Important: This room only opens at the beginning of each day and in the late afternoon.

Fresh fruits

During the coffee break there are fresh fruits and some chocolate.

Building

The building is a barrier-free building and should therefore be accessible to people with reduced mobility – if this applies to you, please write to us first! Animals are not allowed in the building.

We try to make the Trans Congress accessible to as many people as possible. If you have any needs, please send an email to . We will look at each case personally.

We’re looking forward to seeing you. Sign up now.
